Cindy Morrow:Interested in hearing what other Learning Managers use as measurements for their learning programs. I am in the process of finalizing my program's Learning & Growth indicators and goals, and was wondering what others might be doing to help measure their programs. Does anyone have benchmarking data which defines what the common traits of high performing learning organization are. I had seen some research which indicated the higher performing ensured the employees were able to complete at least 60-80 training hours per year specific on their career development and skill growth. Just wondering if anyone has additional benchmarking data on this. thanks....Cindy Morrow, IT Flex Training & Development Manager, Intel Corp.
