Session Description: Many medium-to-large companies and organizations face the challenge of connecting learning teams. Many smaller companies face the challenge of connecting learning professionals within the same team. At Humana, we faced an organizational challenge of "networking", or connecting, over 350 learning professionals in over 25 decentralized learning groups.
