Session Description: Schering-Plough is currently implementing a new LMS and we would like to share our successes (yes, and pains) from the selection process and experience. We developed a thorough process for selecting the LMS that took into account the business ownership, key stakeholder and vendor roles and responsibilities, business, functional and technical requirements, the RFP process and much more! We will look at tools and processes to help guide you and your team through the jungle of choosing the right LMS: the first step in a successful implementation.
