Session Description: Last year we implemented our first LMS. What would I have done differently knowing what I know now? Join me in discussing the last year of LMS life and how we used our LMS as a sort of "global campfire" to bring together a training team that shares ideas and tools. Bringing this global team together in a company that has 10,000 employees in 9 countries has been quite a challenge, but also very rewarding.
