Session Description: Remember the popular 70s sitcom? A lovely lady, handsome fellow and 6 children came together to form a new family. Similarly, in the business world, mergers and consolidations are common, creating new, diverse "families." Increasingly, one must know how to meet the "Brady Bunch" challenge of building a learning strategy and organization that addresses the needs of many culturally-diverse divisions, subsidiaries or major acquisitions. We'll explore unique problems and learning solutions for scaling a learning organization in this type of situation.
